Food Serving Size

Most people said that it is important for us to be conscious on how much food we put on our plate. In most instances, when we are hungry, we tend to get more food thinking that we can finish it all. Try to minimize the food you put on your serving plate. The more food you put on your plate, the more you'll eat regardless of whether or not you're still hungry. This is how some people gain weight.
