Soy

I read on Men's Magazine under health bulletin page that eating too much soy may trigger angry outburst. There was a study done by Wake Forest University researchers. They had a group of male monkeys fed by large quantities of either soy protein or animal protein for 15 months. They found that the soy group underwent violent mood swings. To be safe, it would be better to prefer whole protein instead ofprotein bars containing soy.
