Cauliflower..Yummmm



I love cauliflower. Aside from the reason that it taste good, it is loaded with nutrients that we all need for better health. It keeps our immune system strong. According to Wikipedia, Cauliflower is low in fat, high in dietary fiber, folate, water and vitamin C, possessing a very high nutritional density. It's great to eat this vegetable because a high intake of cauliflower has been found to reduce the risk of aggressive prostate cancer
