I have read from Readers Digest book that if you get your hands messy with grease or paint, you can spray your hands with a non-stick cooking spray and work it well before rinsing. Then, you can wash it with soap and water.Another way to get rid of the grease or paint is to pour olive oil and salt and sugar into your palms. Then, vigorously rub them well for several minutes. After that you can wash your hands with soap and water.
