Turkey wrap sandwich to go

This year my husband and I made joint New Year's resolutions to eat healthier and slim down some. We're holding each other accountable for it, which I think will really help. We're both kind of competitive anyway, which is definitely starting to show. But some of the hardest parts about that is eating healthy at lunch when we're both at work. It's so tempting to buy unhealthy things, but I'm trying to get around that by fixing us both lunch before we leave the house in teh mornings to take with us.

We both love variety, so i've found all kinds of quick recipes to throw together in the mornings by searching healthy eating blogs with our http://www.get.wildblue.com/. I've found all kinds of recipes and I think that as long as I switch them up a little bit, we won't get bored with eating packed lunches.

One of my favorites that I've been making is a turkey wrap sandwich that's pretty simple, but when you add a little hummus and veggies here or there it really makes it delicious.
